        Bought supplies here for a flat roof job on one of our rentals. Worked with John and he is a real good dude. He took the time to fully explain the process and supplies needed. Also pointed us to some online resources. Very friendly and helpful. There was a hiccup early on and hey, those happen. But they responded in the best way possible and fixed the issue quickly. Appreciated their service and highly recommend.

        Hard pass on this place. Needed to replace my metal roof on my house and garage. Started by getting a simple quote on some gable trim. It took 4 staff to figure out a cost. At the end I was given a well its about x price and then of course shipping costs. Really??? I can go to Home Depot and pick it up today and you want to charge me freight for which you cant even give me a price. The lack of intelligence and customer service here is astounding.
