Meridian park apartments

The price of living doesnt justify the lack of effort that goes into maintaining this place. No washer or dryer hookups, no dishwasher. There's no power to an entire wall of my apartment. The sprinkler system floods right outside of my front door, even worst when it rains. My neighbor lived here for 2 weeks before he moved back out, because of mold in his ac unit from the previous tenants that wasn't replaced before he moved in. but They want to charge 14 hundred a month just for a month to month lease, or 12 hundred for a year lease? I feel like thats a scam, even with inflation maybe someone will see this and fix these issues

Just a terrible place for kids. If I could put no stars I would. Drugs all around this place, I had to protect my own from here.

Hotspot for drugs, cops, domestic violence n more! Baseboard heaters, shared laundry, n $200/mo rent increase evry yr. Pennwood apts around tha corner are almost same price n brand new, keep driving n don't stop here!!!

Trashiest place in all of meridian, moldy run down apartments, cops always there, drug dealers all around, domestic disputes all night long so no one can sleep, lived there over 5 years before I was lucky enough to afford to move out. Couldn't ever let kids play outside from too much trash and dog droppings all over the place and suspicious people. People leave trash all over property including beer cans and cigarettes and management does nothing about it. Also couldnt leave my windows open without smelling cigarettes. I could only take my trash out once a week if I was lucky because the dumpsters were always overflowing. They charge too much for rent considering no washer/dryer/dishwasher. Had a few incidences where I wasnt notified of when maintenance would be doing repairs so I woke up to someone in my apartment. If your trying to avoid living in the ghetto please consider living elsewhere. Management also loves to find reasons to charge you money for damages after you move out so don't expect to get your deposit back!
