Nice place but most of the people are less than friendly. Owners should be ashamed of themselves. $500 extra for a 6 month lease when ours ran out after a year. $500 on top of the $2400 we pay for 2 bedroom after their fees. Denied a community garden, or even letting residents put their plants in sunlight. Greedy and refuse basic requests, while charging exorbitant prices for basic needs like parking. Perfect spot for you guys flocking here from Socal to land you'll feel at home. The new manager on site is a step up, the the front desk gal is great. Trash room been needing cleaned for months. Stairwells are filthy. Site manager is no help at all. Monthly billing errors ALWAYS IN THEIR FAVOR. If you sign a lease here read every word and every word on your monthly statement.

After living at the Flats for almost 2 years I can confidently say that under new management, the complex has thrived, with a focus on fairness and resident satisfaction. Cody, Josie, and Jane have consistently gone above and beyond to address any concerns promptly. Their dedication truly makes the complex feel like home. It's a great place to live, where management genuinely cares about its residents' well-being. If you are looking for a place that listens to residents I highly recommend for anyone seeking a welcoming community, and top notch management.
