    I absolutely recommend that no one does business here. They have lying, scheming customer service reps that will say anything to get a sale. When they do get the sale, your rate changes, they send you AND your spouse a bill, change your phone number, and then when you negotiate a deal with them, they come back a few months later snd want you to come into one of their locations with a valid ID in order to keep the rate you've been paying. I lost my husband and cancelled one line and I'm still paying the same rate. And NOW they want to raise it? It should be mentioned that I have kept a log of every conversation with them. When I switched the account from my husband's name to mine about a month after we started service (because he was in the hospital and didn't have time to deal with them) they sent him a collections letter for over $800, 2 months later. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!!! You'll be sorry you ever switched to their company.

    Hi t-mobile, been a customer for over a decade. I took my partner off my account over a year ago and you kept billing me for her you kept saying it would fall off, it didn't. You told me it would adjust. After a year I finally got someone to listen to my situation and they realized how badly they had messed up and that they owed me over $700. I was told I would be getting a full refund, I spoke with a supervisor over the phone they promised me that they would get back to me I didn't hear anything for five business days. Call back again same thing they even got my number so they could text me to keep me apprised, no text no calls. I call back again same result I feel like I'm going insane. Final call today with adamant determination not to get off the phone without a full refund, they counter with $100 in credit. After the two previous supervisors had let me know that a refund had been attempted to be processed twice already. This last supervisor from Idaho, told me that I should have gone in and checked my bill sooner they can only go back 60 days, when even their own system records me going into the store in March last year to ask about it, they were putting it on me like it was my fault. T-Mobile, I wasted a decade with you, I'll be sure to spread you to all my clients and everyone who I can speak with so hopefully this costs you as much money as humanly possible because that's the only thing you care about
