Best Buy Mobile

When we got our phones it took them several hours to set up, and they told us we could return the phones if we needed to. We decided to switch phones and service so we came back the next day. Again it took them several hours. A couple months later we get a call from a collection agency because Best Buy never accounted we returned the phones. Then another month later I realized our bill was much too high. Best Buy had apparently marked my husband's line as having two of the exact phone. Horrible, horrible customer service. They've waisted so many hours of my time. I wish I could go back and go through someone else.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with these guys. Great, knowledgeable people who have taken care of all of my phone and Verizon needs for the past couple of years. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Do NOT go and get a cell phone here. They lied to my friend and his wife about their contract and they ended up having to change their numbers and they lost their unlimited data through their carrier that you can't even get anymore because it was grandfathered in.
