Terrible customer service!! Went in to the store to get a new business account with two phone, we were there for over an hour to be told they aren't able to activate the phones or account tell there business person is there. Which this was on a Friday and they kept telling us that he would be in the next day which would be Saturday which we double checked with them multiple times that he would be in on a Saturday, they assured us they would. We'll we go into the store on Saturday to finally finish the process to be told that person doesn't work on Saturday and the soonest they could help us is Monday! So now we are with out a phone/service tell Monday!! This place is a joke starting to understand all the bad reviews are so dang true! Would recommend not switching or believing what any of them have to say in the store. Starting to rethink using them for my business needs, they might have to put in some work to earn me back, which Im sure they dont care that how it feels.
