Sharon is an excellent property manager and great to work with. We were tenants in a large house and she was very responsive to our needs and questions. When it was time to move out, she was very reasonable and helped us receive our full deposit. This is the best rental company I've worked with as a tenant, and I highly recommend them.

We had an appointment with Sharon last week, to view a house we were very interested in. We both left work early and drove all the way there, but when we arrived, Sharon was nowhere to be found. My partner called her and all she said is "oh sorry, it's been rented," even though she had even told us not to worry about it being rented, since we had to wait 2 days to view it. The worst part is the fact that she didn't even have the decency to call to let us know and cancel our appointment. She was just a no-show and left us hanging, wasting our time and money. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this was so incredibly rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional.

She efficiently helped us through the process while we were driving the 3,000 miles. From the first day, she has been available for questions and anything we needed. She has become a trusted friend as well as an exceptional property manager.
