        They deserve a 0! This company was very unprofessional. The front office lady Carole was rude and condescending and very unprofessional. According to their company I was not allowed to use my SSI income I receive for my children from their dads disability even though I receive it to provide for them and put a roof over their head. I was then told we don’t make enough money to rent a home that was $2400 when we make nearly $7000 a month!! Who the hell are they to tell me how I spend my money? I contacted Idaho Fair housing on this company and I hope they get shut down or fined or something because they deserve it for the way they treat people.. I don’t care if they had the last home in Coeur d alene I would NEVER rent form them!! Home owners be ware as well, take your homes elsewhere if you want a good company renting your home!!
