We I guess customer service is not important to Teresa at the customer service counter. I went in to get a couple money orders. First I stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting for her to finish her conversation with an employee. Ok Ill give her the benefit of doubt that it was a work related conversation. When she came to the counter to help me. I said hi! How are you? She didnt answer and said what do you need. I asked for money orders and asked her if she wants the bills to all be facing the same way. She said idc and started counting the money. There was a a strand of hair in the money and it looked like on her face that grossed her out completely. Understandable if you have an issue with hair. I proceeded to say, did you know that you lose 100 to 40 hair a day? She did not respond to me at all found another hair and was completely grossed out and treated me pretty poorly the rest of the time I was there. I come from the 80s and so I know Customer Service is definitely not what I used to be. I definitely will not return to this Albertsons for my money orders moving forward. Its really unfortunate that people cant treat others like people who deserve respect. I guess we all just want to judge people.
