Older, heavy, Spanish woman in deli/chicken is sooooo racist, I was next in line and she was the only one helping customers. Before she was going to help me, she said " I'll be back" and left into the rear behind the doors and didn't come back for some time. When she finally came out, she decided to go help another Spanish lady who was waiting at opposite end of deli counter. As she passed me at the hot chicken counter she again said "I'll be back" and helped the other person. They stood and talked and laughed for good 5 min., she finally returned and went straight to the back. During this entire ordeal , I never spoke to the woman once until I requested to see the manager, she rolled her eyes and said " if you're not going to order anything then leave" !!!!! I wish I would have gotten her name but no doubt, Albertsons knows who she is. Never did get to see the manager either, was "unavailable" . What's up Albertsons, I've shopped here for years and always had great service. Definitely Need to do some employee customer service training...

Shelf's fully stocked unlike Walmart who just lets everything sell out and go bare shelves all the fruit looks fresh.

I have been shopping at this store for years. Sometimes Im in there every day of the week (ya, its a problem ). Today I went in and their blue hair clerk who has checked me out dozens of times treated me like she didnt know me from Adam. Too bad. One of the reasons I loved that store was the friendly atmosphere. Guess Winco just got a new loyal customer.
