        Don't waste your time going to the broadway store. Do whatever you can online, or if you must go to a store, it's worth your time to drive across town (or the valley) to go somewhere else. This store is chronically understaffed and you will be lucky to spend less than one hour there. I just spent 2 hours in the store (1.5 waiting for help and 0.5 actually working with someone) and ended up in the same situation as if i'd just done everything online myself. The representative i worked with, Jose, was nice and knowledgeable and professional, but that's the only positive thing i can say about this outlet.
