        We didnt even have to wait 30 seconds to be helped. Everything was solved very well, the man who helped us made sure we got the cheapest option to upgrade our phones. I am very satisfied with my visit.

        Keep your sales people away from my house at 9pm at night. Theres no reason in the world I should be getting a bang on my door at that time at night from your sales people trying to sell me phones/service. Its totally inappropriate to be knocking on someones door that late at night when theyre trying to put kids to bed and get ready for an early work day the next day. Also teach your sales people to shut up and walk away when someone says theyre not interested the 1st time instead of me having to close the door on their face after Ive said Im not interested 5+ times.

        I came in about 15 min before closing and I figured the Rep would not be very happy. Not at all she was extremely helpful and did not make me feel rushed at all. She was very professional and answered all my questions. I could not have been any happier., I wish I could remember her name.
