        Back in October 2023 we were helped by a guy named jayden or caden. He showed us that we would save a lot of money switching from Verizon. He said he would take care of the phone's being paid off and we wouldn't have to worry about anything. He made a sound like it was going to be worried. Free and a simple process. Little did I know he was sleez ball and just wanted some commission. I was so wrong and upset at myself for even doing this. We got a call a month later, saying they can't pay off our phones through Verizon. We were in a panic because we cant afford two phone bills, and they said don't worry, we will figure it out. They said they would give us gift cards to pay them off. The Verizon bill came out of her checking and left us with no money during Christmas. Unfortunately the gift cards didn't show up for a very long time. We decided to spend those gift cards on a weekend get away since it was basically money paying us back from paying off Verizon ourselves. As we are leaving my husband notice the card would not go through. We called t mobile and they said the way the person put in the gift cards is only for store credit. I feel lied to, betrayed and I don't trust that guy or the company anymore. I feel so stupid for trusting him. Now we are short on money and now we have to figure out what to spend $600 on at t-mobile. I will never go to the store again and be lied to about how much money we are saving. We are almost paying the same amount now and the cell service is better but this is not worth the hassle dealing with these theifs. To respond to your response: I did call them and they said it's all your fault. Quit blaming the call center for something you need to do better at training your employees on.
