        I've only had the service for a week, so I can't really review that, but Nathan in the store was very helpful getting me switched over and getting a new s23 which seems to be a great phone. He was really Pleasant and helpful and I'm sure I'll be going back in with a few basic questions on both phone and service and getting a friend on my account and a phone.

        My phone & the phone service is terrible. Sometimes, our 3 phones Don't even phone. It goes straight to voice mail. I try not to let my phones battery loose power. I hate the updates.

        Jordan was very patient and helpful with my complicated transition from Verizon to T-Mobile. I'll pay extra for good customer service, but T-Mobile is actually less expensive than Verizon. I should have switched years ago.
