This is our first time staying at HGVC Kingsland in Waikoloa. The property is nice and very big. Our room is a 2 bedroom in building 5 on the third floor overlooking the golf course. When we first got here, we noticed we couldn't open the patio door. I called to get it unlocked, and it got fixed right away.
We went to check out the pool area to see what it looked like and how deep it was. I wanted to know which areas are safe for my kids to go to, especially at night time when it's dark. The pools are mostly 3.5 feet, and some areas are over 4 feet. We came back in the evening before the sunset to swim and use the jacuzzi. They enjoyed the pool area, but once it got dark, you couldn't see too well. Some parts of the pool were lit, but most of it was dark. They have tiki torches near the pools, but they were not lit while we were there. We stayed a little longer but not too long because it was dark and getting windy. We will try to come back earlier in the day for us to enjoy it.
They kids club has fun activites for kids. You have to sign up for them, and if you're too late, you lose your spot. The activities they have for kids are ribbon lei making, coconut frond weaving, sand art, beach in a bottle, petroglyph rock carving, kappa bag design, and sea glass bracelet. For adults, they offer zumba, sunset yoga, water aerobics, morning yoga, hula lessons, and ukulele lessons.
I was told that we could go to visit the property at Hilton Waikoloa Village. We are able to dine at their restaurants and use their towels for the pool and lagoon. I saw people on water cabanas, water bicycles, paddle boards, and canoes at the lagoon. My kids got to see some of the dolphins they have at the property. I will post pictures of the Hilton Waikoloa Village on another post.

Nice and spacious. Pools are excellent. Buffet breakfast is back, though expensive.
