Best deal on comprehensive insurance for home and car. Always responsive to calls and inquiry. Never had had to file a claim so not sure about that aspect of the company although have been member for 20 years.

I needed quotes for full coverage for my motorcycle. I contacted several companies for quotes and to my surprise only Gina from Allstate replied right after my inquiry. No one else bothered to reply. Gina provided me with a quote and contacted the motorcycle dealer with all the information they needed to process my purchase. Allstate helped me out with a full coverage policy at a price I could afford. Any questions I had Gina promptly answered. I would definitely recommend Marcus Murakami's Allstste and Gina Cabacungan! I can't give these folks enough gratitude for the service and swift responses whenever we need a change to the policy. With a growing family and constant changes Ms. Gina is super responsive and assists with any policy changes or questions. Really appreciate you!!

I live on Oahu and at the time I was not satisfied with my Allstate Agent on Maui so I wanted to move my policies to an Allstate agency on Oahu, so I called Mr. Marcus Murakami on April 12, 2023. He took my information and said he would call me back. I did not hear from him, so on April 14, 2023 I called his office and left a message with who ever answered the telephone to have Mr. Murakami call me back even if he decided not to accept me as a client. No calls, no email messages NOTHING!!! Who would want to deal with someone like this....NOT ME!!! If I could give him a lower rating I would.
