        Staff as always was fantastic, they were very attentive to all our needs and were always very curious. However you will be subjected to their aggressive timeshare sales agents right in the lobby. Beware they will promise you anything to get you to commit to a sales presentation, remember you are in Hawaii and your time is valuable. I have stayed at this location several times and watched it evolve over the years. The location is just a short distance from downtown. Rooms: Rooms and facilities were recently updated Noteworthy details: Incredible staff. They went out of their way to make our stay easy. However the timeshare sales people were dishonest or misleading to get you to the sales presentation.
