Amazing location and place to call home while in Kona. Condo was large, well stocked with everything we needed! Immaculately clean! Great views of the pool and ocean. Sunsets are memorable here! Will definitely stay here again! They treated us like Ohana!

This place is decent; it is good if you are just looking to lay your head at night. The rooms are way outdated and their office hours are only Monday-Friday. Furthermore, the pool is poorly maintained and it appears that most of the rooms have turned into condos. Unfortunately, this resort doesn't provide security so our 2nd day, someone stole swimming suits that we had drying on our patio chairs (1st floor). On top of the RCI fees, this resort charges you utility fees, which are very high. Nonetheless, if you want a resort experience, this is NOT the place.

Great place to stay in for an extended period. Having in-unit laundry facilities made it much easier to clean up after a beach outing or hot day. I was able to get replacements for any soap or similar. Though some communication via text was not replied to and the office hours could be limiting if you were out all day on an outing. There is plenty of safe parking on site and even EV chargers. The unit was well cleaned when we arrived and stocked with most items we needed, down to the dishwasher cleaner. The only downside is that the rental prices for items like coolers or beach chairs are a bit higher than you can get from other nearby rental places. Though be aware who you book through, my review is based on experience provided by Raintree Vacation Club. A friend had a worse experience with a privately owned unit that they also booked through Expedia. Nearby activities: 20-30 min drives to most beaches, including some with some great snorkeling. About 2hrs to Volcano National Park. Walkability: About 10 min walk to nearby strip of restaurants and shops.
