Little Hawaii Rent A Car

Very disappointed with the customer service . I picked this place because of the recent reviews that were positive. I showed up today to pick up a 15 passenger van,( that I double confirmed by email and phone two days prior.) Upon my arrival, I was told that a school came in and rented out all the vans and they did not have a van for me. I informed "Melissa" that I have a confirmation email. She then said that there was no deposit on the rental. I informed her that at no time was I asked by the company for a deposit during the reservation process and nothing in writing. Melissa then blamed it on new employees. I then showed her the confirmation email from an employee that she was CC'd on. Her response "I just came in today" which is a poor excuse. I have reviewed a lot of businesses and have never given a bad review but this has inconvenienced a lot of family members on an important date.

The best place to rent 12-15 seater vehicles on the island!!! I've been a client for multiple years now, Melissa is always Patient, courteous, and respectful with all my needs. The Vehicles are well kept and clean. Just minutes away from the airport so it is very convenient. They also have after hours drop off too. They have Ford Transit high roof and Mercedes-Benz Sprinters. All in all they treat you like family here.

This was the best rental car experience we've ever had, especially on the Hawaiian islands. Melissa was very responsive, helpful, and friendly and it was a pleasure renting with them. To top it off, they gave a great price on a 12 seater van that was in great condition and clean. We will definitely be using them again, and only them for future rentals in Oahu. Thanks again to Little Hawaiian Rentals!

We rented a large van for a family vacation and they were amazing! The van was huge and very comfortable. Melissa was very responsive and helpfu. Thank you for making the progress of renting a van easy.

Poor responsiveness. Left several telephone messages. Did get a confirmation to rent a vehicle. Paid in full. When I arrived, the vehicle was not ready and they could not provide me with my confirmed vehicle. The young man from a different company was extremely helpful. Not so much Little Hawaii.
