I know sometimes stuff happens and its important to acknowledge that we still are responsible for our promises. Shout out to Manager, Ms. Ebony, who worked around the clock to find my package and kept her word. Five star to you, maam, and thank you so much.

I showed up at 6:55pm, 5mins before the facility closed. I was very anxious because a perishable package that I needed could not be found via the fedex tracking. As soon as I got there, I was greeted really nicely by Micah and Ken. They both took the time to try and track my package in their system. They also made calls to another facility on island. When they couldnt find it, they called their Manager, Ebony, who was super helpful as well. Ebony made a call to Paige, and they all went to work to find my package! They were already closed at this point, but they were determined to find it for me. About 10-15min passed, and Paige found it! Im so so thankful for their kindness and superb customer support! They went above and beyond!

Waited all day for my package. Was sitting in the living room for a knock on my door and got nothing. Delivery driver just said I wasnt home and didnt bother knocking.

Location is way past the airport, like around the backside of it. Nice facility, but the parking lot is very tight.
