        Needed to communicate with agent to discuss an accident that should have been cleared in December 2022. When agent responded, he made no salutation (on any correspondence) and simply told me policies generally get reviewed in March. It was January. That's it. No information on what he can do to maybe prorate or even make an effort to see what he can do to assist me. No customer service. Responded to him asking for options/help- no response. Reached out to AllState National for assistance, then finally got a phone call from him. Other times I needed to speak with him, customer service was minimal. He was my agent for almost 7 years. Such a disappointment.

        Mathew is legit the best insurance agent ever! Always goes above and beyond to help make sure everything is in order, as well as gone out of his way to help me get a tow Life saver!!! Couldnt be happier with him, as long as hes my agent I will stay will Allstate!
