        DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY I BOOK A RESERVATION 3 WEEKS in advance they cancelled 2 days before you book a time, they txt and call you to tell you the attraction cant operate because they havent sold all seats. BR

        We recently went on a tour of the volcano national park, Lava tubes and rainbow falls through C big island. It was a very fun and informative tour with Donna as our tour guide. Highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed! Thanks again Donna!

        Maggie is the BEST tour guide! She's incredibly friendly, hospitable and engaging. She is a wealth of knowledge and stories and she was very kind and patient with my kids. The hours just flew by on our tour. Riding in a Mercedes van with a smaller group was very nice compared to some of the huge tour buses we saw. She gave us plenty of time at each stop and her recommendations on which things to look at first and where to explore were so helpful! She also took great group photos at every stop if so desired. Don't hesitate to book with C Big Island and, if possible, request Maggie!

      Aloha Cesar, I just called and left you a massage. I have to say this is quite rude of you and I wish there were a way to attach photos back. Regardless, you booked through a third party on March 19th for the Volcano nat. Park tour on April 4th. i tried calling multiple times..no answer to I then messaged you through Viator stating we have that tour going but our departure time would be 9:15 am. You mentioned you had a helicopter prior to that and could not. Your booking was then canceled. Today April 4th, last minute you booked our other tour called Volcano safari, in which I informed you right away you are the only 2 passengers that just booked this tour last minute and again offered you our Volcano Nat. park tour departing at 9:15 am if your helicopter canceled. Thanks for hurting a local company with a 1 star 👍
