Awful customer service, probably the worst i have seen. They are always rude and take 10 years to get your food to you. The food itself is not the greatest. Each time i order a sandwich either the bread is not fresh or the lettuce is brown. I also hate when people handle my food/drink without gloves, which they do. They need an inspector out there asap!

25 minutes wait for a simple order is crazy. I don't think it's just this place, but all the the fast food joints have a hard time finding a way to provide good service these days. Especially after covid. I am now convinced that robots and AI might be a better way to go rather than getting sub-optimal service at these types of establishments. Thought I'd never say that. Regarding our order, my wife's chicken sandwich was lukewarm. . The best part of the order was the soft drinks that came from the machine that mixes your drink for you.

we sat in drive thru for 40minutes before we were able to place order,they said they were changing out registers, it doesn't take 40 minutes, we had to speak in the speaker 3 different times just to get someone to answer us to let us know what was going on,that horrible service,the only reasons we waited was to see how long it was going to take not to mention we'd already sat so long and our lunch break is only a hour,then it took another 9 minutes to get a salad and daves single,and sweet tea ,wont take my lunch there again ,only had 11 minute to drive back to work and eat,it sucked.
