A couple of days in. Still cant get anyone to answer the phone.
Two more days in. Still no answer to my email, and no one will answer the phone at the customer support center, or this location.
Day 6, from moved the review from one star to two stars. Finally was able to get in touch with customer support VIA phone call, after calling and emailing all week. The customer support was friendly and efficient. Still should not have been this difficult to retrieve money that should never have been taken in the first place.
