        I was told to stand in the checkout line to get balloons. I did that and had a nice lady helping assist with the birthday balloons. She had to run somewhere and not come back. I was waiting for her to come help with one last Ballon. A different lady (Dawn) came out of the office and scolded me for standing there. She said, and I quote, "You need to wait in line for the balloons." She didn't care to hear that a lady was helping me, but had to go to the back for something. Dawn was beyond rude and very unprofessional! I will not shop at this location again!
