    There wasn't a lot in stock, but there were boxes of products on carts everywhere. I didn't see anyone restocking the shelves. I probably won't visit this store again.

    I've frequent this store quite a bit. It's always cluttered and unorganized. But I still go back until the trip I made today. I had miss placed my debit card so I thought. Well I came back into the store to explain to the cashier that I have lost my card. She was laughing and making jokes about me with other customers and gotten very angry with me as well. Some people should not work with the public. She should be discharged of her job.

    Yesterday, I took my 6 year old son to this store because I had promised him that he could buy a few toys as a reward for good behavior and good grades. Imagine my son's excitement that quickly turned to disappointment when we discovered that the toy aisle had carts with boxes at each end blocking entry to the entire aisle. There were 2 employees stocking the aisle. When I asked 1 employee if I could gain entry to purchase something from that aisle, she timidily smiled as if she were nervous to answer my question, and then she looked over at the other employee, back at me, and said "uuuuum... I'm not sure...let me ask". She came back to ask me "WHAT IS IT THAT YOU NEED?" KEEP IN MIND...THIS IS THE TOY AISLE! AS IF ANYONE EVER KNOWS WHAT IS AVAILABLE ON THE TOY AISLE WITHOUT LOOKING?!? I then responded with "well... my little boy just wanted a few toys. Are we allowed to take him to look?" She then proceeded to "uuuuuuuum" and look back and forth between me and the other employee WHO NEVER LOOKED MY DIRECTION NOR GOT UP FROM HER SEATED POSITION ON THE FLOOR, so I said "it's ok. I'll take him somewhere else." simply to avoid having to wait for her to private conference with the employee to know how to answer my question again. I went to the checkout with the few items I was lucky to get since those aisles were accessible. I asked the cashier who the manager was, and guess what? Yep...she pointed to the toy aisle and said "HEATHER". I asked "You mean... the lady that's on the ground on the toy aisle?" She confirmed, so I then proceeded to tell her what happened without a harsh tone or negative attitude etc, and she responded with a sarcastic and snippy tone in an attempt to convince me that it was perfectly acceptable due to the toy aisle being in complete disarray, and HEATHER had no other opportunity to organize the mess, that "THESE PEOPLE MAKE BECAUSE THEY LET THEIR KIDS DO WHATEVER", and she "didn't see what my problem was being that she asked what I needed because she was going to hand it to me", so basically, ALL CUSTOMERS ARE BEING PUNISHED DUE TO THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS INABILITY TO MAINTAIN THE SHELF ORGANIZATION?!? HOOOOOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE? HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE TREATMENT TO CUSTOMER LOYALTY AND PATRONAGE?!? I'M APPALLED...I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED...AND THIS IS JUST MY REVIEW. I AM CALLING COOPERATE. Luckily I relocated here from my birth place and childhood home in Chesapeake, Virginia...so I'm VERY knowledgeable on the location, names of the people and their contact information that can address this issue. I have frequented many Dollar Tree establishments in many states all over the country. I can honestly say that I have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDE, INCOMPASSIONATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT AT ANY ESTABLISHMENT AS I EXPERIENCED AT THIS CALHOUN, GA LOCATION YESTERDAY. It saddens me that I'll have to commute to another town just to shop at a Dollar Tree due to this location being the ONLY ONE IN CALHOUN, GA, but I will. This location has lost my business.
