Dollar General

This is a typical Dollar General Store, product wise, however, the great customer service is what makes this location standout to me. I always see a different cashier when I visit a few times a month, but they have consistently been friendly, fast, and are the reason that I shop this location. The parking lot could use some work due to some holes in the asphalt, but other than that, I have no complaints. Overall a good location.

Corporate itself passes out the hours to the stores which then pass it down to employees, store employees are expected to work Little hours with Little to no pay, only 3 people are full time while all other are part time (10-12 hours aweek) and then employees are supposed to be on standby for their days off in hopes to see if the stores GM has any extra hours to supply for them. Dolla generals across the area of the United States have made it to where only 1-3 employees work per shift to allow the customer a better shopping opportunity. Cages are left out on the sales floor after a certain time which cramps up the wheel chair accessible space aisle of 36 inches they have less the 24 inches to move about the store. Some stores do have their emergency exits block. Some stores are super outdated without the proper plumbing, electrical, ceiling tiles are missing some stores floors have scuf marks on the floor and their restrooms are also closed when its a public store and the prices keep going slowly. Half the store isn't merchandise to meet the customers needs at all.

Another Dollar General in this area with merchandise everywhere! The store is junky, unorganized and overstuffed, making it very hard to find what you need. Carts full of stuff all over the place makes for an unsafe and unpleasant shopping experince. Surprised there haven't been any lawsuits. Even filing complaints with Corporate nothing has changes. Still very frustrating and confusing as to why nothing is being done to remediate these issues in the area stores.
