THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERSSSSS DO NOT APPLY I REPEAT DO NOT !!!!..about 2 weeks ago I applied for these same apartments and paid my application fee. But before I did all of this I actually went up there myself in person and spoke to one of the leasing agents name Chelsey if thats even her real name she told me that once I apply to send her my last month bank statement and Paycheck stubs to her email So I did that.. A couple days went by I called in regards to the application to see if I got approved or not and she told me that I had to resubmit my check stubs and bank statement which I did that So then after that she said she received it and she said that now Shes waiting for her boss to make a decision if I got approved or not After that couple more days go by One morning I decided to call them again for the second time to see if I got approved or not after resubmitting everything she asked me to and the phone Ring for a couple of seconds then I heard a beeping noise then the phone hung up (it wasnt ringing but it picked up as if they answered ) I tried calling back after that happened and the same thing happened again so I went on their website and it said that their website wasnt available anymore Tried calling their other number And that number did the same thing And I kept trying to call over and over and over again and the same thing happened when I tried to call So then I tried emailing the leasing agent that I spoke to in person and that I have been emailing Chelsey and the message that I sent it said my message was blocked and I couldnt send emails to that email anymore so I find that very weird so after all of that happened what I did was called that same number from a different phone number and it still did the same thing So after that I looked up the apartments on Google and read the reviews and turns out that Im not the only one that went through this Or that this happened toI was so blowed by this because this is unprofessional to be an apartment complex and this is not OK for these folks to be scamming people especially when people dont got money like that but long story Short these people are scammers big time so I don't suggest anyone to apply for these apartmentsAnd I will be taking legal actions and bringing this to the police because this is not OK and they think that just cause Im young I wont do nothing about it or they Can just do whatever but no I dont even play like it so I will be taking this to the next level to get my money back. I will be calling corporate even though they might not Do anything and I will also be talking to the police about this

I currently live in these apartments and its been hell since I moved here! First of all THESE APARTMENTS ARE RAT INFESTATION. I kid you not every people I talked to said they have rats in their apartment. Idk how they deal but I cant and Im really tired of coming home to ratS through MY apartment , eating all ME AND MY 2 children FOOD, all in my STOVE! Like how do I call the place I live at a home ? This is not a home! I cant even have my 2 years old and 3 month old live here bc of it. All I hear of rats running around and threw my walls. IM SCARED I literally lock myself in my upstairs room with a towel under my door and my AC vents covered! I cant even have company in MY home without seeing or hearing, its very embarrassing and Im tired of it! And I ASKED TO MOVE MY UNIT TO ONE OF THE ONES THEY JUST INSPECTED AND CLEAN BUT I HAVE HEAR ANYTHING BACK I CALLED AND EMAILED AND THIS WAS 2 WEEKS AGO IF I DONT HEAR ANYTHING BACK THIS IS NOT THE END OF ME I PROMISE YOU THAT. And to add on everything in my to be fixed requested have yet been fix I can go on and on about this place its ridiculous tbh AND I HAVE PHOTOS for proof

Total scam! My husband and I applied and paid for everything(application fee, administration fee, and security deposit fee), and both our background checks were approved. Original move in date was supposed to be 10/16, but they kept extending the move in date. They never even let us see inside any apartment for a tour. They knew we were paying for an airbnb and need to be out by the original move in date, but they kept pushing move in date back. We ended paying for an extra 2 weeks at the airbnb because they kept extending the move in date. Turns out the apartment was never ready for move in, and they were trying to put us in another complex in a room that did not meet the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms we applied for. When we tried calling for money to be returned, they would give us the run around. Initially I was dealing with leasing agent and moved onto their manager Adrian who magically does not work at that location anymore. Then I called corporate who promised to get back to me and never did. After calling and calling with no answer, I called from another number and someone picked up. I was finally sent a check in the mail for the security deposit fee, but Im still trying to get these guys to give us the full refund since there was obviously never a unit available in the first place. This is such a scam guys, and I wish I seen the other reviews warning us that the same thing happened to them.
