Gateway Pointe Apartments

The worse complex I done applied for. I have never been in a process over a month try to get a apartment . They keep/kept giving me the run around about a apartment even after I gave every bit of info they needed. I hand to keep correcting one mistake at a time. By the way they steal deposits so dont give them no money, oh and they wasnt trying to give out 3/31 credit for the money in special either I think they kept those also.

Management is horrible. Can never get in contact With them, I pay my rent using money orders and they keep coming up missing I do not believe that though Im pretty sure the new property manager is stealing from me because it has happened more than once and the money orders have been cashed They are also trying to evict me Ive never missed a payment and Ive always paid on time Im pretty sure the only people that can cash them are the property managers I will be making a police report if they try to move forward with the eviction process, Ive been living here for 4+ years and have never had this problem I do not recommend this place to anyone. Im about ready to move out of here.

Ms Anna was very polite and informative. You wouldnt believe shes a new team member unless she informed you. Would recommend speaking with her for any concerns or questions!
