        UPDATE: The building was was treated a few times and the problem source removed. The source also had a broken freezer line with water coming under our kitchen floor so the tile is warped. Other than that, the space is nice. ---- Let the renter beware. We've only been here for a month and a half and our first floor apartment has a serious roach problem. We reported it after the 2nd week and the exterminator came out and sprayed and left four glue traps. That was it! We've since gone thru at least 20 more traps that are always full. We complained again with no answer and apparently our lease shows we have to treat infestations. Never, ever had this issue and we were in our last place for 8 years. I regret this move.
