Platinum Oaks Apartments

Put in my application way back in January and got approved. I still haven't heard anything regarding a tour so I can look at the property and room before putting down a deposit. Kept getting the run-around, very unprofessional. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Very Terrible Experience With Trying To Move Here. I Read Previous Reviews And The Names Of The New Staff Are People I Havent Heard Of And Ive Spoken To The Leasing Manager All The Way Upto Corporate. This Was A Very Bad And Depressing Decision To Decide To Move Here. I Have My Money And Transferred Utilities And Here It Is Week 6, No Keys And Havent Been In The Apartment. Also, Theyve Tried To Change My Apartment From One To Another Causing Me To Have To Change My Utility Account Address Over. I Just Asked For A Refund And Now I Have To Wait On A Check In The Mail. This Is So Emotionally Disturbing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO NOT MOVE HERE OR TIMBER RIDGE OF WARNER ROBINS, GA!

I've lived here 5 years it's under new management and the new property manager Ms dynasty is the best they ever had and Ms Carolin(I hope that's her name) they are actually doing well responding to the tenets i love my apartment n neighborhood so close to the grocery store and other stores,i would recommend u live here
