      image I have to say that from the moment I applied for Arden place my experience has been the best. Ms. Amy was amazing she was very informative and answered all my questions. Helped with the application process. I also met Mark he walked with me and Amy when I toured the apartments and he was very kind and gave me some great tips for when I get ready to move in. Yesterday when I went to sign my lease I met Ms. Kayla and she was amazing super sweet and nice. I am super glad I chose Arden place for my home.

      image After rebuilding and reconstructing my life, Arden Place was rite on time! After going through 2 communities Arden Place gave me a chance! Amy was so very helpful and patient with me! And Kayla was so polite and kind! I would totally recommend them to anyone! Thank you all so much for working with me and giving me a new place to call home

      image I have been searching for a an apartment for about 2 months because my lease is about to expire in May and I have been to several complexes but I have never felt more comfortable, than I did with Kayla and Amy the way they were able to answer questions about the community and area was amazing. Current resident came in and I asked her how she liked living here and how was the community she told she loved it here. I am looking to fill out my application and make Arden my new home.

      image Rats, roaches, and maintenance that never gets done. Pool hasn't been functional for more than 2 years. The apartments are trash with 10 layers of paint and holes in the walls.
      There is no central heating or air. Summers are terrible. The trash is always an issue, bc it never gets taken off frequently enough. The bins are always overflowing.
      Then they raise the rent with fees and other bull. Do not!!! Move here. Trust, I'm saving you.
