        Whoever is fixing the tacos around noon April 10th 2024 needs to be trained better. No way I pay this much for very thin watery tacos.

        The food is always good. Always order from this TB using app. However . . . the manager on duty on 03.19.2024 @ 12:10 PM needs customer service training. Last time I ordered my meal was incorrect, was informed to come there, show the app history of the order and they would get it corrected. The manager that let me know this was very nice and professional. But . . . when I called back to say I was going to come, the manager in question told me repeatedly they do not offer the box deals. Which are deals in the app btw. Then he stated he couldn't reimburse me, asked me exactly what I ordered, and stated he couldn't help me period. He was unprofessional and hung up on me.

        I ordered a 5-layer burrito and was given the smallest burrito Ive ever seen. I paid more for extra toppings but it seems like they put the bare minimum. This isnt the first time that Ive paid more and either didnt get the items or it was very little. Unfortunately, this Taco Bell is very hit or miss.
