Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Asked for a 5 finger chicken finger meal and an Cobb salad with 2 sweet teas prior to driving up to window asked to confirm the order. When I got to the window was only one sweet tea had to have another added to the order! Driving home tried the fries they were cold and soft, was only server 4 chicken fingers, when I got home noticed the cold slaw had pieces that was wilted! Will never go to this store lace again!!!

Today 3/23/2024 My husband went to this location specifically and ordered me a COBB SALAD! For lunch. He had already had to go back in to receive the sauces we ordered and got charged for. Needless to say when I received it the salad only had lettuce, chicken and cucumbers on it. Why is this? I have no clue. Being the person I am I do not normally complain; but for the fact you are skimping me on my order of course Im going to call with concerns. The manager was not only ruthless with what she had to say over the phone; telling me it was rung up as a house salad, and she remembers making it as my husband hands me the recipe, it was clearly rang up as a Cobb Salad. Not only did she lie to cover herself, She proceeded to laugh when I told her I wanted my replacement today because I wont be eating what I received. Might want to look for her replacement soon and laugh in her face when you do so. This customer will not be returning anytime soon.
