        If I can give this place -151 stars I would. The food was absolutely horrible last night. I purchased a meal..went home, realized it was wrong and it looked disgusting. The fish was soggy and looked pale and the broccoli also looked discolored. I came right back to get a refund and the manager told me I missed the 30 minute cut off and they would not refund my money. They only offered to remake it....and I declined. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and the company trying to stick to a 30 minute policy when the meal was absolutely below any standard for any operating restaurant.

        I just ate here on Thursday Apri 4, 2024, haven't ate out in couple yrs, was drive thru, and it was really good. Was bragging on it, and my daughter ordered that same evening for a delivery for herself and son and husband, cause hasn't been feeling well. Well, not only did it have a black curly hair on top of the fries, but when these were taken off, there was another crimped piece of hair underneath this. What a true sickening disgrace. The box was taped, so obviously was the people cooking it and, or, boxing it up. So much for my bragging. Doesn't matter if it was a two dollar item, should be CLEAN with people's food! This cost $43 and change, and that was with a coupon. This should have been taken back and demanded money back. I have always loved Captain D's, but after this, l will not eat there nor my family again. I really hate that this happened because it use to be one of our favorite places to eat for many many years, and just had ate out again. Have lived here almost 44 years, way before this place was ever even here. So many restaurants are just dirty now, all places should be made to wear hair nets when working with food!!!!

        The food was good but the girl in the drive through was an airhead, her name was Mariah, she had me waiting for my food for 15 min, while others got there food right away, when I finally went inside, the food was just sitting there, she claims she forgot about it
