      image Every other UPS store Ive ever been to has taken USPS packages without question or issues. Treated rather abrasively by staff on this. Will be going to Toco Hills in the future

      We have not accepted USPS packages for several years since the USPS and UPS severed their relationship. Our decision to not accept those parcels is due to the high number of lost packages sent via USPS and we cannot provide any advocacy when a USPS package is lost which we know happens more frequently than expected. We suggest taking those packages to a USPS location where you can receive a receipt for your drop-off which is required to file a claim if the USPS loses your package. Only a USPS location can provide you proof of drop-off which helps protect you in case your package goes missing.

      image Had some items to be returned to Amazon so went to this store. There was a mistake on my part for not reading the return instructions from Amazon. But this still doesnt warrant the store members to treat customers in a bad way. Especially the lady who attended me seems to be giving wrong information regarding the return boxes and eventually was replying in a very sarcastic manner. Please go to other UPS stores.
