        Terrible terrible terrible. We have been through the drive thru multiple times. The tellers are rude, unhelpful and unapologetic when they make mistakes. It takes forever to get through the line. We will be taking our business elsewhere

        A nice young gentleman helped me if I remember correctly his name is Eric, he was very nice and welcoming. Helped me and assisted with questions and concerns. Left very satisfied with my visit!!

        This branch just flat out sucks. I miss the Adel branch. You can never get anyone on the phone. I've been on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone there, and nobody ever answers. The ATM rarely ever works. The deposit feature never works. I have to drive 30 minutes out of my way, each way, to get to the branch, only to find the ATM not working. Few times I've gone into the bank, (when I managed to catch them before they closed) the people were very rude. Bring the Adel branch back. The people were friendly, prompt, and did their job. Will be switching banks. Do not advise.
