I absolutely hated my stay hereI was here a year and the apartment manager was racisthe wanted to fine me a 100$ for every time someone complained on my kids..,Noe is very money hungryan it wasnt even my kids..,he wanted us to be quiet in our home..where we paying our money just like everyone else to live..,an mind you I have small kids..,but yea I wouldnt recommend this place to stay we was tortured for a whole year..and if I was to resign my lease my rent was going up again..,MONEY HUNGRY..

Dont move here. The property mgr called my phone 25x at 7a when I first moved in and all he wanted was a copy of renters insurance . Very unprofessional management staff. Money hungry leasing mgr.

I'm a current resident at killian Hill. The property manager is always willing to help us. I'm planning to renew my lease this year. I've been in killian Hill for 3 years now. The place is always clean, my issues are taking care of time. I do recommend everyone to move at Killian Hill.
