Non-communicative throughout the entire process. Being the first to move in , I ignorantly thought it would be a smooth situation, but no one answered the phones- maintenance does not do their job, and landscaping blows the trash around.
I was able to speak with a Victoria(?) about my issues and refund and she was very helpful. However the fact that she was the only one to get back to me within weeks is a bit concerning. Overall, I liked this house, cheaply made but to be expected. Neighborhood is quiet. (neighbors are a bit sus, but overall it wasnt terrible. I just wished they answered the phones or emails or something..

Terrible communication. Lived here for a year-the first to move in and its been a very stressful situation. Nobody answers the phone or email, no matter how many times you reach out. Leila, Monica and Kambria need to find other professions because clearly managing a property isnt it. Even now that my lease is up Im still waiting a month plus for my refund. If you appreciate your mental health , dont bother .

Horrible communication. I inquired about a home that was showing available for move in at the time. They kept stating it wasnt ready to show and could give no follow up when it would be ready. Was told they would folllow up when it was ready and nothing. The home was rented to someone else. Tried reaching back out about another home that was slated to be available soon and once again nothing. They dont return calls if they do answer but 9/10 no one picks up the phone. Luckily I found a sister property that was much better.

Ive been trying to contact this company for days. Ive called at least two numbers, left voice messages, and tried to send an email via the contact me feature on their site and havent heard anything back. I even went to the property yesterday, but couldnt tell if there was a model home or leasing office. How are you supposed to rent here if youre unable to get in contact with anyone, thus unable to view any homes.
