The apartment is nice and some of the staff is great. The maintenance team is lazy. I told them about a sewage smell and they told me that I would have to wait out the smell and it will eventually go away. So now every time I wash clothes my whole apartment smells like sewageokay thanks I guess. Not to mention they dont do anything about people playing music or making noise all hours of the night and the hallways still smell like weed on my floor no matter how many warnings they send out. Ive also had to tell them twice about someones dog constantly pooping on the floornothing has changed. Im not here a lot because I travel a lot for work but for the weeks that I am here. I regret it not a place I would recommend to my friends and family.

Update: I never heard back from anyone about the townhomes and speaking with the assistant manager or manager are both rude and dont have a care to help. I know a couple of the residents that lived in the same building we lived in are also moving out due to them not helping or showing they wanted to help. Not to mention when it came to renew the lease instead of paying $2000+ a month on rent they were asking for over $3000. Not worth it. When I first toured it was great. Such a wonderful staff, management or management at the time was really helpful. Ive had some problems with the management team over the past few months. One being a few months ago they billed me a Walton bill stating that i never paid it.. even tho I did. I asked management they said to ask Walton, I asked them, they put the blame back on the apartment complex. It was a lot of blaming on both ends & I ended up just letting it go & basically paid twice (something super cheap like 60 - 80 $s the first I think 2/3 months & then again 200$ for I think 2 months in total? Something like that. Lastly not to long ago, I went into the office to get information on wanting to renew but at the townhomes they just opened. The manager took down my information & said he would call me back the next day & didnt. I called the 3rd day and the manager had a tone. I never got a response as to what would happen with that. I was nice & then picked up this tone so was very dry at the end. (Also still havent heard anything) So will no longer be giving 2300$ a month. I understand its a new management team.. yet theres also a way to talk to people & actually get back to the tenants when said they would. I shouldnt have to wait forever or even call to get an update to make sure I can secure a home for not just myself but my kid too.

Danielle was phenomenal! I came in without an appointment and she gave me a detailed tour of the community and shared so much about the area. I had went to see about 5 properties yesterday and because of her professionalism and just how amazing the property was kept and all of the beautiful amenities and perfect location this is at the top of my list. Im looking into the high school and will make a decision soon but if I could I would make this my new home today! The finishes and quality of the community is superb!
