        When I order from this papa John's it's always a delay on receiving your food.

        I ordered my food online at 5:50 and it said the estimated pickup time was 6:03-6:13. I did not get my food until 7. They did not greet customers as they entered. They made sure to take care of every door dash driver before other customers. Orders were complete and they were sitting on the shelf but unless you continued to ask if your order was ready it just sat there. Upon getting my pizza I informed them that type of service is unacceptable and the guy jokingly said yea thats why we have a 2.5 rating online as if it was funny. Poor ownership/ management. I understand that this is a franchise but I will be contacting corporate. Employees should take pride in their jobs and whoever the owner or manager is of this store needs a lesson or two in operations. There is no excuse for this type of service.
