        Ordered over two hours ago, and the order still hasnt showed up even after getting a notification that it was out for delivery over an hour ago. Never ordering from them again. They might as well close down.

        My local Pizza Hut used to be the best. Something changed fairly recently. Customer service, something as easy as extra sauce and it's still dry. Toppings don't reach even close the the edges of the crust. I guess its not going to change. Ill pay extra for a Jets or PapaJohns. Sorry Pizza Hut. But this lovcation needs some changes.

        Ordered a pizza at 6:38 its now 9:03 called the store they said it was delivered but it was the wrong house I live in a townhouse and was literally waiting outside. No pizza came. When I asked the lady on the phone why I wasnt called wasnt it protocol? She said to stop yelling at her ( which I clearly was not ) I wasnt even that upset I just wanted them to deliver the pizza promised over two hours ago. And I politely asked for a discount as Ive waited over two and a half hours Now going on three for the pizza. The staff member that answered the phone was extremely rude and has no business in customer service. Im literally almost afraid to feed this pizza to my children because this staff member was so rude I believe she may have tampered with the product.
