Me and my husband have been doing business with this cleaners for several years and have been satisfied with the service until recently when they have really been horrible with the way they have totally messed up several of our clothing and have taken no accountability. I accepted the first mistake, but this time Im finished patronizing Majik touch.

Very friendly. Great pricing and service. I used them for dry cleaning only and always had a great experience. My husband is very picky with this clothes and we never had the problems we had in the past with other cleaners. No complaints!

From a loyal customer- AVOID at ALL COSTS. I have used them for many years. However, I picked up my dry cleaning and my favorite polo looked and felt like like it was burned. I took it in this morning and to my surprise the owner said, This is glue. We dont use glue on our premises. To which I said, I dont have any glue at home, its still on the hanger with the tag you gave me. "No this is glue" and walks away. Honestly, I don't care if it's glue or a burn... it's still RUINED & they're responsible! In short he was extremely dismissive and despite all the many years my family and I used his svcs he wouldnt even entertain the idea that the damage came from his store even though it went in fine and came out clearly DAMAGED. The only thing that makes me more angry than my shirt being ruined is the owners rude & dismissive response.
