No hours posted on the door. They open & close when they want to. Also the one and only time I've been there, they did not gave my order ready even 2 days after they stated they would. Closest to my work but I'll find another place.

This is one of the worst experiences that have ever had . I parked my car in front of the business, and waited to get out to do business with them... 3 minutes later the owner comes out and starts yelling at me and before I could open my door to understand what he was saying, he reached for my door handle and opened the door. I tried to talk to him to explain I'm planning on dropping clothes off but nevermind. He did understand English was at the same time was trying to speak it. I guess he thought I was using the parking space??? But even so, you just don't open someone's door?

I have been a customer for over 7 years. I started using them when they opened. I have always been happy and pleased with them until they changed to the guy that is running the place. Last month, they put someone else shirt into my pickup. After having to argue with proof, the guy offered to buy me a new shirt. I chalked this up to a rare accident and continued to trust them. I went in today to claim my shirts and two shirts were not mine. I stated this to the gentleman that is running it and he abruptly stated they were my shirts and to pay. I tried to show him that they were the wrong size and not mine. He pointed to the tags on the shirt and said they were mine. Clearly, he had put the wrong tags on the shirts and blamed me. I apologize for how I responded to him, but he was dead set on being right rather than be concerned there was a problem. He gave me a card that I could call to discuss with the owners. When I called, they hung up. As I was leaving he told me F U! I will never go back and hope this place goes out of business soon! Do not take your items to this place unless you want to be treated like this!!!!!
