I moved out of the Views in 8/22. My time there was okay. The gate was broke more often than I could remember. Their was a raffle if you paid your rent early you could win a 55 in flat screentv. May of 22, I won the 55 inch tv. One of the workers were nice enough to carry the tv up to my second floor apartment. The tv screen was black and cracked. I spoke with the front office and they said that their was nothing they could do about the tv, scam. I moved out in August due to the high rent prices. Paying for pest control monthly and still had roaches. Pretty on the outside, ugly on the inside.

With grossly over priced apartments and staff and managers are gone with the wind. Safety here is ZERO!!! One camera that faces the entrance and exit. They don't work. My neighbor upstairs, his car was stolen. He went to the office to get footage from the office. They told him, the cameras aren't working because they needed a cord. REALLY ? That's just unacceptable. I personally asked the office staff about the gates that NEVER works, so they leave it open. She said IT WAS JUST TOO EXPENSIVE. Meanwhile they just keep going up and up on the rent. My car was broken into. Cost $430 to replace the window. The staff was aware of the situation. I asked them can they deduct that from my rent. You have gates here that's just open all night for foolishness. They said NO. I was woken up at 3:42 in the morning from 5 gun shots right outside my window. Right were the kids get picked up for school inside the complex. Okay. I'LL BE OUT OF HERE BY THE 31ST. Today is the 16th. It's just too much money for it to be just no sense of awareness or safety for the tenants that lives here. They just don't care and for that, I have to give it a one star. And that's too generous. NOTHING TRUMPS THE SAFETY OF WHERE YOU LAY YOUR HEAD AT NIGHT. That's when a person is the most vulnerable. You're just a business here. A ticket. I don't care that my name is being displayed. This is my own experience. STEP IT UP!!!
