        Dr. Jaglan and her staff are so friendly, easy to work with and Dr. Jaglan is very knowledgeable and a skilled doctor. She has state of the art equipment (no longer needing to have my eyes dilated for my annual exam!) and she has never tried to "upsell" me. Highly recommend!

        Dr. Rosado and the her staff was very professional and nice. The tech Kisha got me in and prepared for the doctor to come in. And when I say she was very patient and took her time to make sure I understood what was happening with my eyes. And Jamo helped me pick out some awesome glasses. This was a refreshing experience. I would definitely recommend family and friends.

        I have never given an awful review on an eyeglass place. I was so angry with this place that my emails were out of my character! Monica is a terrible Manager.. My story is too long to fit but apparently she is the only person to speak with when you have issues. I even ask for corporate because I was having such a hard time with Monica and no one would give me the number. When Monica finally called back, I ask her for corporate and she gave me a bogus number unless they are as unprofessional as she is because I left a message and never received a call back. All and all, watch your prices and read all signs in the office.. never received a refund for contacts that I never received. My prescription was incorrect but I still had to pay fees to get new lenses.. Never sized for frames bu was charged a fee to trade them as they came back too big for my face.. We argued different prices but all and all, this happened last year and she did admit they owed me money.. its been almost a year now no contacts and no refund. I couldnt make it to office because my schedule became hectic.. the right thing to do is mail a check. I have never had such an awful experience like this one. They can keep the money and I hope Monicas poor customer service comes to light.
