Great service and Great doctors never have an issue except trying to call and make an appointment. Evin and Kim helped my daughter pick out glasses and Evin even pulled out a IPAD so she can make some special Raybans. We have been coming here since concord rd and nothing changed but the price of the lens.

Great service as always they have a great selection of frames. I tried calling several times to make an appointment. So i just stopped by and they were getting ready to close for lunch. However Evan was so nice and patient with me even when it was going into their lunch hour. He did not try to rush me but instead found what I was looking for and assured me that I would be happy.

Dr Vuong is amazing! It was our first time seeing her, and her chairside manor is the best. She really enjoys her job and helping patients. The most thorough eye exam my 17yo has ever had. Not that you need your eye doctor to be engaging, but now the bar is raised!

After many years of going to this eye group they have just fallen from grace. The quality customer service have gone out the door. My husband was issued the wrong amount of contact lenses and did not realize it until after 90 days. After reporting back to the location he was told there was nothing that could be done about it. I find this to be poor client customer service especially after being a client for 8 plus years. To be specific EVAN is who he spoke to.

I've been a patient for several years and the customer service has decreased dramatically in the past 6 months. The new optical manager Evin should not be allowed to interact with customers at any time because he is rude. I ordered lenses and when I received them the Rx was a little off. I notified the office and was told I was covered to have them replaced within a certain timeframe. I initially worked with Marc who waisted a lot of time coming up with a non-solution. I reached out to the office manager Donna who said she could process the new order. I have not been able to reach anyone, since 3/14, to confirm if the order was processed or not. The window to have the lenses replaced ended 3/23. Unfortunately, I decided to request my family's records and take my business elsewhere. Good luck if you decide to work with them!
