Very thorough and detailed to get a unit, but once you are done, the process is worth it. The office lets you know what you need. Talk about calling the maintenance, so far fast and good. Overall my experience here is excellent and am loving my unit. Am a happy camper!

The one good thing I will say is the employees in the office are very kind. That being said, this is one of the loudest apartment complexes I have ever lived in. It is a very kid friendly place so if you don't care for kids (hello, it me) than I don't suggest living here. The prices are very high, and the walls are thin. Maintenance does respond to requests but they don't always fix them. Our dryer has not worked since moving here (almost one year) - the maintenance man likes to show me he feels heat coming out of the dryer and I try to explain that it isn't CIRCULATING but he either doesn't understand or just doesn't want to replace it. We have to run it 3-4 times to dry a small load. Everyone's experience is different, but I would stay away from building 17/the back half in general. The kids (and adults) are SO loud and inconsiderate. They have a number for noise complaints - the number goes to maintenance, which just goes to voicemail. Apartment living I guess

I was really looking forward to rent from this property, the whole process was stressful and lack of communication. They needed additional information from my roommate and gave her insufficient time to obtain it ! Not to mention it was right before a HOLIDAY WEEKEND...Instead of contacting us to communicate and be clear what was needed they rather give up. What a waste of an application fee...Before I even decided to write a review my roommate did email the property manager and he even ignored her.

I wanted to wait until I lived here a while to really see how things are here before I wrote a review. We worked with Destiny and she honestly was so helpful. She kept a line of communication open throughout the process and was honest. Got our move in date right and made things happen. Here are some pros of living here: I have never lived in an apartment complex where maintenance requests are handled same day. I have had Spencer and Leonel so far. They are both great but Spencer really goes above and beyond to do a great job and gets to the bottom of the problem. The park is nice but the walking path is my favorite. It has a creek, a bridge, bench swings and a little waterfall. The apartment itself is nice and close to everything. I feel safe and havent had any issues. I havent come across cons yet, they do a good job of keeping up with the landscaping and there is always enough parking. Overall, its a cool place to live so far.
