MAA Spring

We have truly enjoyed our time here at MAA Spring! The community is quiet and within close proximity to highways | shopping | dining | and the Battery I truly appreciate the new office staff, specifically - Dimetrick B; the propertys assistant manager, for his assistance and support with us/ tenants. The maintenance team are also some of the kindest people Ive met all while making sure that the grounds are clean, and maintenance requests are thoroughly completed. I would definitely recommend this complex to my friends and family

Updated 4/9/2024: We had some issues here and there with leaks and with our AC when we first moved in, but management was quick to resolve things. We have noticed other units having these issues too, and they seem to be ongoing/continue happening without being fully fixed. I also have to note the excessive noise issue we have been dealing with since moving in. There is no sound proofing in these apartments (they are extremely old- renovated, but old), and some residents are more conscientious of the level of noise they produce than others. We are not impressed with managements response to ongoing noise issues. We hope this improves or changes in the future. We also have a hard time getting a response from management anytime we reach out lately. Residents near us are littering the property and walkway with cigarettes and we often notice trash and broken glass near the dumpster and around the complex. One of the gates seems to be broken every other week. Overall, the community has a great location and is well maintained for the most part. In our experience, the pros still outweigh the cons. Previous review: Ive been living here for a few months now with my boyfriend and we really like it. While we had a few issues when we first moved in, management and maintenance have been very on top of making the necessary repairs, and have been very responsive. Vance also made our application and move in process as easy as possible, and worked with us when the original unit we picked was not going to be ready in time. The community is nicely located - tucked away, but still close to everything you need. Property and amenities are maintained well and apartments are pretty spacious and updated. Smart home technology is also a big plus. So far so good, hope they keep up the good work!

I only toured this property and did not sign a lease or move in. However, even the tour experience was so bad I wouldnt recommend it. I came in requesting a specific floor plan, which was wrong on the website. The floor plans the staff printed for me were also wrong and they had to draw it out correctly. When we started the tour, the leasing associate casually informed me that she was super afraid of the elevator even though it had been professionally evaluated. When I finally looked at the unit, I found it too small for the price, compared to other local properties. On my way out, the door handle broke off in my hand. If thats the experience of the tour, I was afraid to move any further with any MAA property.

The property is well maintained and issue's are handled promptly. Donna the property manager is top notch including her new assistant property manager. The leasing consultants our welling to help you through the process, they our amazing. The complex is close to many attractions.
