Dashia is was nothing but immaculate. From her over the phone to person interactions, she has done a superb job in aiding in my move from Atlanta to Savannah. I highly recommend this u-haul. Ill be back for sure on any future endeavors.

Truck given to me with 1/8 tank, filled to use ($100), returned with 3/4 tank, have to fight for reimbursement for being given an empty truck

So I rented a U-Haul to drive from Savannah to Wisconsin. I was told that it would be $1600 which was no problem, but I was also told that I could get a prorate on returning the truck early. As of today, I spoke to two people and they both have told me that this is not true. They state that you receive a pamphlet when you, check out your truck that states this information. The only problem I have with it is that you get this information after you rent the vehicle. This is the only place Ive ever rented items from that do not prorate. I told their general manager today that I will not rent from them again as this is a really really stupid policy the other manager that I spoke to today (not giving names cause Im not throwing anyone under the bus, state that you get this issue all the time. You figure they would address it, but why would they? It makes more money for them. Im actually writing this to let everyone know that if youre doing a one-way move to make sure that you know that you cannot turn the truck back early for money like everyone else does.
One last thing I wanna say is that their general manager couldve easily made this a better experience, but did not. I guess thats
my opinion vs theirs.

on march 2,2024 around 4:45 pm I stop THERE TO RETURN TRUCK AND TRAILER, when I tried unload my car from trailer myself there is black lady employee shows up with her attitude and demanding $20 for some kind of service (I didnt ask their service) and she asked me some personal questions. This employee should be liable for causing distress to the customers.
